If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns must be sent to the address we provide. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items or other non-returnable goods

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item or size, please return your original purchase. Once approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund
